Board of Directors' Responsibilities

President

The President provides leadership and direction for the Chapter. The President officiates at Chapter Board meetings, hosts the Chapter monthly education meetings and seminar, and is the main contact between the Chapter and ARMA International.

Vice President

The Vice President backs up the Chapter President when absent or when assistance is requested; they begin preparation and planning for the next Chapter fiscal year; and is responsible for planning the annual Spring Seminar education event.

Treasurer 

The Chapter Treasurer manages the Chapter finance and accounting activities, and provides financial reports for review and audit.

Secretary 

The Secretary maintains an accurate recording of the Chapter Board Meetings, providing minutes and meeting notes for Board and membership review as appropriate.

Chairman of the Board

The Chairman plans the annual Chapter Awards night celebration and provides advice and guidance to the President and the Board.

Advisor

 Adivsors are three past presidents who provide advice and guidance to the President and the Board.
